Auditing and Accounting Services of Public School Districts:
Perform audits of school districts as prescribed by the State of New Jersey and the Standards for Audits of Governmental Organizations and Single Audit Guide of Governmental Standards.
Conduct physical inventories of major fixed and moveable assets (for management control, budgeting, insurance, depreciation for indirect costs, etc.) and provide for the continued maintenance of the inventory, by a computer program or manual record.
Prepare maturity schedules and financial and statistical information for inclusion in official statements in connection with marketing securities including presentations at conferences with rating agencies (Moody’s Investors Service, Inc. and Standard & Poors).
Prepare financial documentation for Local Finance Boards in connection with issuance of bonds under N.J.S. 40A:2-51 and appear before the Board at hearings as required.
Perform indirect cost studies to determine those costs expended in support of the administration of grant programs, which can be recaptured as accepted charges to the grant.
Prepare financial documentation for Local Finance Boards in connection with applications for approval for the issuance of "Qualified Bonds" and appearances before the Board at hearing as required.
Audits of Other Not-For-Profit Organizations:
Perform audits in accordance with all regulations and standards prescribed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and federal and state governments.
Audits of Commercial Organizations:
Perform audits for commercial organizations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, generally accepted auditing standards and applicable federal and state governmental regulations.
